i would not even give 1 start to be frank. It was my worst experience every. my order is already 5 days over due. i have been calling customer care every day and all they do is promise that he product will be delivered as soon as possible. i have still not received my order and i have no idea when i will receive it.

We ordered new brand washing machine and they sent a damaged manufacturing defect piece the machine they delivered they denied to install we called ap person from outside to install and now the machine is dancing like they broke the tiles of Ur house that horribly machine was dancing we reported to customer service and it's noon their own policy they will refund or exchange if it is manufacturing defect there is no response from customer service neither they took back Nor there is response from their side.worst service ever I seen from any e commerce platform.I will request everyone please don't order anything from noon it's worst service it's scam take all money and no response no quality they provide. عرض أقل

I bought a google pixel 6 pro in May 2023, after 4 months , In September 2023 it's speaker and microphone stopped working after a security update.. I complained to noon and a delivery person came to pick it up since it's still under warranty. After 2 weeks it's returned saying there is a physical damage and warranty declined.. the physical damage they pointed is a microscopic scratch in the chrome edge of phone which can't be even seen.. Anyhow when I gave the phone to delivery person there was no such scratches.. so I contacted customer care and they said usually they take pictures of phone at warehouse before sending it to service centres, they will check it and revert.. after few days they called and said the damage happened during transit.. the warranty claim team is not ready to take it's responsibility.. I have been contacting noon customer care since many days , all they say is warranty declined but not ready to take it's responsibility nor give me a solution. They also said it's already repaired from outside which I didn't. I assume they made a physical damage to my phone to decline the warranty claim... Harassment and forcing to receive non working product I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent PlayStation 5 order I received from noon. There was issue appeared to me after 5 minutes of using the PS5 "The PS5 consoleis too hot" The biggest problem and really make me tired is contacting noon Customer service to return the order and how i faced nightmares because of handling of the return process with the customer services. I ordered PlayStation 5, controller, and FIFA24 CD (pre-order) Condition of the Product: * When I received the PlayStation 5, it was not in its original noon packaging. * The product appeared to have been wrapped unprofessionally with plastic film, which raised concerns about its condition that it seems someone return the item to noon and they wrapped it again and shipped it to me. Product Overheating: * After trying to set up the console, I encountered an issue where it displayed a message stating, "Your PS console is too hot," within just 5 minutes of use. * This issue persisted even after giving the console time to cool down. Return Process/nightmares process: * I followed Noon's advice and initiated a return request. * I packaged all items, including cables and rubbers, exactly as they were received and returned them. * On 25.09.2023 A representative came to collect the items, and he confirmed that all the items were in good condition. I purchased an Order having reference of ID NAEF90079382986 that is Cover for Redmi Watch 3 Active Case (Black), after 20 days Noon's team called me several times to cancel the order as they are out of stock; knowing that it was showing at the website that it is available . However, i cancelled it as it was such a time waste and a big hope to receive it. In addition, once again i purchased having reference ID NAEF90055119290 of the same product but different color of the case xiaomi watch, but yet not confirmed and not even dispatched . WHENEVER , i call noon's team to coordinate and update , they have no idea about the product's status and I'm afraid that again they will request after another 20 days to cancel the order. I have a really bad experience with NOON, because everytime i order any simple order, they call after only 20 days requesting to cancel the order as they are out of stock . I placed the order on Sunday 28/05/2023 afternoon and I mention time slot 12pm to 5pm. I got email and message saying that all the products will deliver on Monday 29/05/2023 and some of the product got delivered on Tuesday 30/05/2023 without calling me these all grocery items leaved in front of my home corridor. And still the complete order is not delivered, today is the 4th day I don’t know when this thing will deliver by noon. Which I received grocery most of the vegetables are not in good condition and it is stinking. When I informed this through noon application on same day which delivered. Today morning I got a call form noon saying that all the products which delivered to me is in perfect condition. So I cant return the products. Please tell me how a customer can prove this. am ready to come to your office with all vegetables to show the condition of vegetables. please mention your office address. Delivery delayed for one day and delivery man didn’t call me before coming to my home. still some of products are pending. From these information please tell me is this the way of online shopping. Then why you are informing the customer delivery day and time, there you can mention “ NOON WILL DELIVER THE PRODUCTS WHEN EVER NOON LIKE” . I bought a Samsung mobile through noon and the seller is noon it self (not from other seller). I received it yesterday and it was no working and I called them and they advice to call Samsung store. I went to Samsung store and they checked the serial number and told me that the phone was used 3 days ago and checked the phone it was not a real phone it was a demo.and the serial number doesn't belong to this device!

The item has never been delivered despite the fact that it has been marked as delivered. The building security has checked the cameras and no one even made an attempt to enter my building 1 hour before and 1 hour after the time of the supposed delivery. The item was supposed to be a birthday present and ordered with express delivery. The Noon support is helpless, they even can’t make a phone call to a delivery person and ask the one where and where the one made shipment.

I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and was given a defective product. I requested for a refund, but noon has been extremely unhelpful and disrespectful the whole time. My phone was picked up TWICE, and the refund request was rejected TWICE stating there is no manufacturing defect even though the battery drains like no other iPhone I have ever used. I was told clearly the refund will be processed 100% as I did not want the phone to keep going back and forth. I have been following up on this for two weeks now, every single day and they refuse to get somebody from escalation call me back; it’s really like stealing and running to a corner refusing to return my money. When I finally received a call from escalation, the person that called me told me to accept the phone delivery when it is sent back as the refund was rejected by quality check and either raise another request and send the phone back for the THIRD time or go to apple, get documents stating the product is defective, take videos and photos of the issue and only then they can help before HANGING up the phone in my face. This is their customer service! Noon is the worst company I have dealt with living in UAE my whole life. They will steal your money in broad daylight, lie to you and disrespect you in case of any problems. They are refusing to abide to their own policies which clearly state if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Noon is liable to process the refund. The problem started from my side. I returned a screen bought at Noon. I was not at home and my wife, instead of returning the screen, gave the driver a very expensive soundbar which arrived the same day. 2 weeks have passed and Noon still have not returned the soundbar. 4 times they have called me to inform me that the item was going to be returned in 24 to 48 hours, and nothing has happened. Customer service only replies with predetermined scripts that after the 2nd time just makes the problem more unbearable.

I bought the laptop from noon on last week of December 2022 and before I bought it I double checked with customer service and they said they deal with 100% genuine products only. It is dell laptop, first I didn’t see the serial number when I run 3rd party app PC Audit I found it and when I put it on Dell warranty check it is more than 2 years old with 6 months warranty left(refer to attachment. While I get back to them they play very polite saying it shouldn’t happened and they will refund while I was asking for genuine product replacement. They took the laptop back and said they can’t refund and they will return the same. Now waiting for the trash that I have made payment non sure it will be delivered or not. NOON should stand for NONsense. They are more than pirates because there you know you got robbed but here you even don’t know I bought many products before trusting them now feel like fool. The worst experience! I ordered one month ago still don’t have the items. I have been asked to pay again for the same. They have delivered the package send me photo of the door and once paid they have removed it. Useless customer support. Horrible experience. My worst so far. People don’t waste your time money and energy to buy something from them! Is not enough if I say I m disappointed

I placed an order from Noon Grocery for some vital items along with an item which had a good offer, which was the reason I tried noon back again after my horrible experience in the past. The delivery was scheduled for the next day which arrived late at night and out of the 4 items I ordered, 3 of them were missing. The order had essential grocery items which was for breakfast the next day (Eggs and sliced bread). I had received 2 other items which I had not ordered and not of use to me. I immediately raised the complaint through the app with pictures requesting to deliver the items I had placed the order for. I had no response and when I checked in 2 days later, just refunded the amount for 2 of the 3 items missing. I rang the call center and explained the situation and requested to deliver the items I had placed the order for and they told me that they can only refund and I should place the order for the same (which now is not available on the app for the same price) and the team will contact me within 4 hours to solve my issue. 96 hours later, I had no response from their team and had to spent 12 minutes calling the team again and explaining the situation all over again. They are adamant that all they can offer is the refund for the items back to noon wallet. Note that they had charged a service fee for the order, the item which I had purchased is not available for the same price. The worst shopping company I've dealt with. I made an order here in dubai and when the courier arrived, he yelled at me and took back the order from my hands by force and went away then cancelled the order, all of this just because I asked him to wait one min to bring the money, he yelled "I won't wait, I'm busy and bla bla.. regardless the many other orders that the couriers calling you to confirm the shippment and don't show up until the next day! How could they do this when they have clearly mentioned hessel free return on the item.

It saud arrives in 2 days and now we're in day 6 still didn't arrive and the delivery driver was rude and ignorant the customer service was not that helpful for urgent action we have to wait for 48h to get a call to discuss the issue further what a waste of time and money

Order ‎#NAEE40076757759 - I have bought Tablet from Noon and unable to download application. tried to get an solution from them but unable to get any, suggest others not to get into trap and avoid buying any electronics devices from Noon.

I used to receive wrong products and they were unlikely to help me. These cases were taking months and for that period I was left with no money no product and guilty feelings. Most recently I received faulty camera for 1500 and was never resolved nor fixed, I was blamed for damage so tjat is the time I deleted app and will never go back to noon.

Even though I've had numerous negative encounters with noon groceries, this is the first time I'm writing a negative review based on how far it's gone. I requested them to make sure to supply high-quality products when I purchased some today because they had previously given goods that would expire the very following day and today they had just delivered rotten veggies that I couldn't cook. I find it hard to believe the noon crew did this despite my requests made before delivery.

The worst service I have ever encountered and false advertising. My first purchase was a TV with express delivery next day that I paid additional charges for. When calling Noon they apologized and said they will raise a concern that will take 48 hours to process. The TV was delivered 2 days later after countless phone calls with Noon and the drivers who did not have my location and did not know what item they were delivering. They charged me for a service that I never received. The TV was also advertised with a FREE SoundBar as part of Ramadan sale, the sound bar NEVER got delivered and this issue was not resolved by Noon representatives. The response was as per usual “48 hours to process your request”. Second experience, two items from one order were delivered on separate days, when I changed location on the app 36 hours prior to the delivery each driver did not have the updated location (which was 10min away from original location) and refused to deliver the item same day even to the original location. Anyone looking to have a hassle free and reliable online shopping experience I strongly do not recommend Noon!  عرض أقل

I had a conversation over phone with one of noon support agents - called Aisha today morning - around 11:00 am. I was extremely disappointed with the way she conducted the call: 1. She doesn’t speak English well - I was not able to understand her 2. when asked to transfer to another person who can assist me she rudely said - “Nobody can assist you”- REALLY, Noon? 3. Asked to speak to her supervisor - she refused What kind of trainings do you provide for you team, if at all? I am not able to resolve the issue with my delayed order. Noon is one company which doesnt care about its customer. Its been proven by Noon not once or twice but four times so far and I guess it will continue unless it wakes up. I have bought a Mobile Phone from Noon Platform (OnePlus Nord) and started facing severe functional problems with the devise soon after I purchased it. I still waited hoping its a common problem but after reading the online about this issue I discovered that many others are facing this problem (Google for oneplus.com / threads / oneplus-nord-proximity-sensor-issue.1463975/). I shared it with Noon too but the guys sitting there are so un empathetic. They just stick to some text and read it out. Not every case is same and there has to be a solution to problem and not adhere to policy but try to understand the problem. Never trust the item you see on the App. Ordered kids smartwatch but received a smartwatch for adults size. Charged extra aed 12 to deliver next day but at the committed delivery date received an update item will be delivered in next 48 to 72 hours. Comparatively amazon is much much better than noon. Unfortunately no negative star can be given here hence I give 1star and never prefer to purchase again from noon.

I had the worst experience. Very terrible customer service, basically they will just tell you things you already know from the app... The item did not arrive on time, they ask me to wait from 10am-10pm and the item did not arrive. On the next day same narrative from the customer service, they ask me to wait from 10am -10pm. Beware, They try to be like amazon but instead they sell fake things and then when you return the item telling them its fake, they 'lost' the item or say that you have returned another item and cannot reinburse you without proof of returning the item (even though they picked it up themselves!!). Item ordered in white Friday sale. Not delivered and when cancellation is requested they said it is cancelled. Refund can only be done when items returned to their warehouse. According to track shipment the item is still in the noon warehouse so what item are they waiting to arrive in the warehouse. Logistics and delivery is a disaster.

I am a regular customer but this last experience has been really bad and shows the company is not genuinely looking to solve problem but fleecing customers by selling damaged goods on the website under the cover of manufacturing warranty but then finding excuses not to honour the claim under the published warranty policy. The experience goes like this. I bought a dual-SIM Samsung mobile phone from the website with manufacturing warranty of 1 year. However when the phone was used, the dual-SIM capability didnt work. So we discovered that two SIM slots had the same IMEI number which is a manufacturing fault. I checked with Samsung, all dual SIM phones sold in UAE must have two separate IMEI numbers as per regulatory guidelines. The phone was used by my family who were travelling abroad and due to COVID, returned after 2 months. Unfortunately during the period of discovering the fault of one IMEI number against two SIM slots, the phone had a physical damage, crack on the back cover but it does not make it non-functional. I called the customer care and explained the situation, then they referred me to Warranty team who asked me to make the video of the condition of the phone and the problem which I provided. However then I got the call from Warranty team saying that my Warranty is invalid due to the physical damage and I should refer to the Warranty Policy on the website. I read the Warranty policy and I cant figure out the clause under which the claim is being denied. عرض أقل

Very bad after-sale services, Don't recommend Noon, they are not supportive after-sale services. I bought a mobile phone fulfilled by them and the mobile phone has software issue and when I contact them they inform me that the warranty not covering software issues, you can go to serves center to repair it. I am a customer of for amazon more than 10 years and I haven't faced such an argument ever, if I bought this mobile from a shop; the shop will repair it for me or send it to customer services, please be aware of Noon, not recommend at all and it will be my last time buying any thing from them. Very Bad Company Struggling to get proper official response from Noon Management and every time they make excuses. Below was the mail i send and till today no response. Order: NAEC70092566531 Hello Noon Management, I still don't have answers to my questions. Why does Noon management don't want to close the subject by replying to customer queries? Please reply to my 2 questions listed below and check the Report remarks which state the same answers. Attached all reports Please arrange a call with higher management English speaking and reply to the queries Repair 1 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Software" Repair 2 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Installed new Software" Repair 3 report states in remarks " Wipes Cache partition & Updated the apps" Every time the same answer after repair work but still the device has issues. I strongly recommend Noon Higher management to recheck seller quality since this device has been repaired for the third time for the same issue. Again Question 1: During the second repair done it has been informed to me that if any third repair occurred then I will get replacement or refund. I can accept if noon is clearly put in writing that this is a special request to accept the phone after third repair from Noon and if any further defects detected then Noon is obliged to give me full refund. I ordered a fridge and they delivered the wrong one. I told the deliver guy this is not the fridge I ordered and he ran away and he told me “Contact Customer Service”. They took 4 days to bring the right fridge.

At the same time I ordered a cooker and “suddenly” the deliver day, the item was OUT OF STOK! It was available when I paid and the same deliver day, just “not available anymore”. They took another 5 days to bring another one, 5 DAYS!!!!! I also ordered a washing/dryer machine and, after trying a couple of times with a technician, we realized the washing/dryer machine has several issues. I called Customer Service and they told me in 48 hours the “Warrantee Department” will come to collect it and they will refund the money. It has been 10 days and I’m still waiting for someone to come and collect the washing/dryer machine! Every time I call “Customer Service” I have to explain all over again because there is no information on the system the only know how to say “Someone will contact you in 48 hours”, that’s all!! Never buy electronics from Noon. I was victim. Noon sold product which was not from UAE and no local warranty. I purchased Samsung A71 mobile from Noon and later I found this product was from Vietnam and no local warranty applicable. I had faced multiple issues. Please beware of such fraud and don't waste money at Noon

I ordered Note Ultra 20 and other products with total bill of AED 4386 and my credit card was charged. i was delived hair oil!!!! they told me return the items i received and I did and next day i got refund of AED 107. since then I am compaining but they keep saying we will call within 48 hours. this is totally a fraud story. i wonder why they spend so much on advertising when they have to do this to customers. whats the point of marketing.

Just hate noon.. received a Gluothione ivory caps capsule 60 capsules at 178 aed on 26th august, by looking at the packaging bottle we felt it was not safe but believed in noon as the capsules of different colour, still went ahead and consumed but this time ordered through amazon and we got the same brand and same capsules when we used to order couple of years ago, this we are sure that fake products are being sold at noon and the seller is TMC, if any health complications, then we will proceed and see how best we can hold them responsible and liable and we have the tracking of the order and the sellers details....never again..this company should be shut and penalized! عرض أقل

Ordered a ps3 controller and received it in 2 days brand new , for some reason it was not working wirelessly with my ps3 , requested a return through the app and within 2 they collected the item and got the refund back after another 2 days, no questions asked. I found their service very smooth and reliable. It’s good to know that they respond quickly anytime you have an issue so you can have peace of mind while ordering

Never buy from Noon, warranty won't be possible. I have brought a iPhone device from Noon.com, within two days time the charger burned and reported to noon , then the replay was it could be due to refurbished device which comes with duplicate accessories and the device was in within 14 days return period hence they asked to send entire product itself as the option of replacing part is not possible, though tried escalating it to get only the charged replaced nothing worked and I given up the follow up from my end. Later found that the screen sensor of the phone doesn't work, while the 14days return time was elapsed, I have decided to go for warranty claim. (Note that the seller is noon itself), 19th Dec I HV requested for claim, the are behind me with multiple prerequisite like pics of the device, serial number etc, after providing these info, now they say Findmyphone is active. Though it was turned off from device and my iCloud doesn't shows it in the account they still see it from their end it seems. Please do not buy from NOON. It’s terrible, I have ordered an item but they’ve given me an incorrect item. I have logged a complaint and return in the same day I got the item and told me it will take 48 hours to resolve this. But it’s been more than 48 hours and no one came to pick up the item. The worst thing is, every time you follow up your return they log a new complain and then the process will start again, so Your 48 hours of waiting will then again start as to when you have follow up your complaint. Did order Apple Airpods, and It was supposed to deliver on the next day did not arrive as expected. Once I received the order it seems to be a replica of the Original Airpods. When I try the serial number with Apple they said it's not authentic. On the product listing, it says it is covered with Apple warranty and it doesn’t. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. Please check before you buy are the products are authentic.

After ordering a perfume for women on Noon I was very disappointed to get a version for men. The item was different from the one depicted in the picture. I filed up a return request on the 1st of Oct and after 4 days of silence I was informed that my request does not exist. Can not even describe how frustrated and furious I am with the faulty customer service in Noon. Will never order again. Beware of them and save your time and money by buying somewhere else.

This is the best online platform in UAE. You just cannot get a better offer elsewhere. Noon has made me save alot of money on the purchases, i have made around 12 orders and saved approx 5000AED. i order was delayed in delivery but never the less rest of the 11 were spot on time and 100% Authentic.

Terrible experience. Just do not trust their delivery promise. It happens to me many times. Item purchased supposed to deliver today and it has their badge on the product says "noon" to be delivered on the next working day upon purchase. Again i believe in them but to disappointment again. They fail to deliver the item! As i needed as well today. So i have to run again to some place to look for this item. So hard to find things here and online shops is a great option. But they are not so reliable in terms of their delivery. Please be careful. And already shot a complaint to DED because this is not fair to us customers that wasted our time waiting for the items ordered on you. Ordered a bed frame but it arrived late night without the screws with it. Waste of time. When arranged for refund and item return, pickup guy was rude and only called when they were on location when I was at work. Had the guts to drop a call on me. Do they expect customers to available whenever they want to come by? Subpar quality and terrible service. I advise anyone to not buy from this site, you'll regret it.

Hilarious experience! Noon is selling fake product. All lies! The phone i order is not working as sim card inserted on it, its locked with certain servicr provider. The tampered glass is broken. My blood dry out til then I didn't get my refund. Noon should be closed!

Main reason to write bad feedback - I received damaged item. And it was a lot of damages. However customer service proposed some alternative. Whatever is, first they send item, which one nobody check.

They have serious delivery issues, they will take the order with the commitment that it will be delivered at very next day then by the end of the next day they will inform you they have issues with their delivery.. Which is not acceptable in my case, it ok to deliver even after 7 days but it should be mentioned while placing the order. Would not recommend if you need faster deliveries, try some other portals out there...

I bought Anker Bluetooth SoundBuds earphones but after 8 days they informed me it is not available. Even i asked 2 times they just informed me there is a delay please be patient bla bla and at the end the just called me cancelled my order due to N/A stock issue. Extremely poor service. Order was expected on 7th June 2018. Ordered on 4th Jun 2018. Order never arrived. After repeated follow-up was informed that Amazon Kindle was not available and my order will be cancelled. I was told refund will be recd after 45 days. I said it is not acceptable. So they said we will call back. No call back yet after 3 days. Noon.com is not a reliable and recommended web-store.

I placed an order and was informed it would arrive 3 days later. I called customer service the day the items would have been delivered and told that they would arrive by the end of the day. Towards the end of the day I received a text being told there was a 48 to 72 hour delay. I called customer service again only to be told that the items weren't even received by the distributor. I made the mistake of buying two items from them. On the first order they delayed the shipment by 3 days. After following up continuously (they never bothered getting in touch with me) they got me the product. For the second item they found a smarter way to delay shipment and not send it within the time frame specified. They first took my order and charged my card, then asked me to confirm my card by sending a picture of this. After 4 days I still didn't hear from them, so I called them and they tell me their supplier has not provided them with the item yet even though delivery was promised yesterday!! No apology or anything of the sort. Customer service said "we should be able to get the product in 2 days, can't promise". I still haven't received the product. Do not buy from them, ever. Same day delivery for goods fulfilled by noon (the tv and phones were, some perfumes & watches). Two products were cancelled coz they were out of stock from the reseller (understandable) I have made one return and it was prompt and free. Delivery is free on all orders. They are good.

Terrible experience. The website tells you to buy before a countdown runs out to have a delivery by a certain date. That delivery date quickly becomes an estimated delivery date which is quickly followed up by a disappointing call (after the item was meant to be delivered) to say it wont be delivered and they don't know when it will be. Telephoning the polite customer service team is an experience that involves multiple polite promises, none of which are kept. Delivery windows are 'sometime between 10am and 10pm'.... and even those are not kept. The senior supervisor I spoke to blames shortcomings on the fact that the company is a "startup", a laughable comment given that it has a billion dollars of investment behind it!
